Application Procedure
1. Download and complete the application form. You may also request for a hardcopy from the School’s General Office.
2. Attach the following documents together with the application form:

Photocopy of the NRIC (front and back)

List of proposed menu and pricing for all items

Photocopy of relevant certificates such as Basic Food Hygiene Course, etc
3. Submit the completed application form and documents by closing date via email OR to the School’s General Office.

Interest applicants must meet the following criteria:
· Must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (the stallholder and assistant(s));
· Able to provide food that meet the health/nutritional standards set by the Health Promotion Board;
· Must comply with the Healthy Eating in Schools Programme Guidelines which may be found at: https://www.hpb.gov.sg/schools/school-programmes/healthy-meals-in-schools-programme under Programme Criteria;
· Able to provide good service and quality food at reasonable prices (to be determined in consultation with the school);
· Able to observe a high standard of food and personal hygiene;
· Must be in personal attendance at the stall during operating hours;
· Each stallholder is permitted to have not more than 2 assistants;
· Relevant experience in a school canteen or catering experience will have an advantage;
· Need to have own cutlery, crockery, utensils and items as needed in the running of a stall;
· Maintain cleanliness of the canteen area.
Health and Hygiene Requirements:
· The stallholder and the assistant(s) must be fit and healthy, and be clean and neat in their personal attire, appearance and habits.
· Successful applicant and stall assistant must possess the WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
· Successful applicant is required to apply for a food stall licence from Singapore Food Agency (SFA).
Utilities: The stallholder shall ensure that separate electricity, gas and water meters are installed for his stall and be responsible for the payment of utility charges to the appropriate authorities.
Shortlisted applicants will be notified for an interview and will be required to provide food sampling for the School Canteen Selection Committee at the applicant’s own expense.
